This 2 weight fly rod is built on a Batson "Rainshadow" series blank. The handle is made from quilted redwood, beautiful in the sunlight. The stripper guide is holographic SIC and the remainder of the guides are single foot titanium fly guides. Thread art consists of a diamond built with black, blue, and gray thread with gun-metal gray as accent thread. As a four piece rod it is perfect for fishing small mountain streams or close quarters environments. The rod breaks down into 4 sections at a length of less than 25 inches making it an exceptional rod for transportation whether you are backpacking, biking or traveling to your favorite region of the country. Cloth bag is included.
